Charming postally unused 1907-1915 Christmas postcard, artist-signed by G. Stoopendaal, wishing the recipient a “Merry Christmas” in Finnish and depicting three red-hatted elves, or Santa Claus-like figures, chasing a pig (traditionally, a symbol of good luck) which has escaped from a shed! This Georg Wilhelm Stoopendaal post card was published by Isak Julin of Tampere, Finland, and is a desirable holiday collectible in very good condition.
